State lawmakers congratulate 2011 HSLAA recipients

On March 9, 2011, students from around the state met at the Capitol Auditorium in Montgomery to receive their honors in the Alabama High School Literary Arts Awards & Scholarship Competition (HSLAA). Prior to the event, several state lawmakers took a break from their sessions in the State House to congratulate their young constituents.
