John H. Hafner Ph.D. is a Professor Emeritus at Spring Hill College, in Mobile, AL where he graduated with his B.A. in 1960. Since earning his Ph. D. at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1969, he has received multiple Fulbright Senior Professorships and published numerous scholarly articles, poems, stories, and travel articles. Hafner is currently the editor of Literary Mobile.
